Physiotherapists until recently have been largely overlooked by the legal community as the health professional of choice for preparing medico legal reports. However there is a growing realization that Physiotherapists are best placed to comment on Fast Track cases as they diagnose, treat and provide a prognosis for patients with soft tissue injuries such as whiplash on a daily basis. Far more than any other health professional. We receive post graduate training by solicitors in the legal aspects of this field and are therefore confident in our ability to render unbiased opinion in the Court setting and support our views when challenged. We are able to see Claimant quickly and complete and return reports with urgency. We are happy to accept that legal proceeding work on a credit basis and therefore accept payment when the case is resolved.We are cost effective for those cases where awards of expected to be less than £6,000.
